1. Pursuant to the National Building Code of the Philippines and 2010 Education Facilities Manual, the application for a building permit shall be filed in writing on the prescribed form with the Office of the Building Official in the Municipality/City of Dasmariñas.
2. All building permit shall be obtained by the owner or school to be facilitated by the Contractor for any proposed work to be erected/executed or constructed. No payment of fees is required in the application of building permits for public school buildings.
