In lieu of the upcoming budget for the F.Y. 2018, and the continuing downloading of procurement projects, this office enjoins all to refrain from entertaining individuals who use the name of the Assistant Secretary for Procurement and Project Management especially those who claim to be relatives, friends, and/or friends of friends and relatives who would use the Assistant Secretary’s name in relation to any procurement project……
