1. Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 161, “Institutionalizing Quality Management System in Governance” amended through Executive Order No. 605, ” Institutionalizing the Structure, Mechanisms and Standards to Implement Quality Management Program” this office will be conducting the Orientation-Workshop on Division Monitoring, Evaluation & Adjustment (DMEA) Plan and Framework on February 1-3, 2017 at Dasmariñas II Central School.
2. The objectives of the orientation-workshop are:
a. To get oriented on the Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (DMEA)Framework;
b. To prepare participants for the Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment strategy;
c. To develop processes and tools for monitoring division services to support basic education and organizational performance; and
d. To mainstream Quality Management System (QMS) at all DepEd units;
3. Participants to this activity are the Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, and Division Office Unit Heads, and Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants).
4. Attached to this Memorandum are the opening and closing program.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is directed.
