1. The field is hereby provided with a copy of the attached communication received from Dasmarinas National High School concerning the upcoming Forum on Adolescent Sexuality and Reproductive Health, which shall be conducted on August 26, 2016.
2. In view of the foregoing, the ten (10) select students in each public secondary school who will be participating in the said undertaking should be carefully chosen by the school selection committee taking into consideration their readiness and capability of serving as peer educators and student arm in providing guidance and counseling services. They should be accompanied by one (1) Guidance Counselor.
3. Expenses incurred in transporting the participants shall be charged against local funds intended for faculty and student development subject to the usual accounting and reporting procedure.
