In preparation for the conduct of Year-End Rites SY 2019 — 2020/ Moving Up and Graduation Exercises in public elementary and secondary schools in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, this Office hereby informs the field that quantity of requested Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals and Diploma Jackets shall be consolidated by this Division through the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) as basis for this year’s purchase of the Local Government.
In this regard, all School Heads are advised to submit the Quantity of Purchase Request (PR) of Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals and Diploma Jackets in hard and soft copy in excel format on or before January 24, 2020. The soft copy shall be emailed at sgoddasmacity@deped.gov.ph
