To give due appreciation to teachers for their great contributions in touching and changing lives of many Filipino students, this Office joins the country in the celebration of the National Teachers’ Month, National Teachers’ Day and World Teachers’ Day with the theme “Guro Kabalikat sa Pagbabago”.
As a rejoinder to DepEd Order No. 139, s.2016, this division hereby encourages all public and private elementary and secondary schools to follow the synchronized programs, projects, and activities stipulated in the Memorandum.
Further, all schools, districts, and school division are required to post streamers with the required logo to ensure that the public is aware of the NTM, NTD and WTD Celebrations.
This Office directs all the schools to submit documentation of the activities relative to the celebration of the NTM, NTD and WTD. This shall be submitted to the Schools Governance and Operations Division immediately after the observation of the above-mentioned activities.
