In line with and in accordance to DepEd Memorandum No. 160 s. 2016 entitled Status of Implementation of the SRC all School Heads are advised to revise their School Report Card according to the required SRC Data based on Annex 11 of DO 44, s. 2015, and submit the final hard copy on or before October 7 (Friday).
