1. Pursuant to Department of Education Order No. 19, s. 2016 “Guidelines on the Organizational Structures and Staffing Patterns of Stand-Alone and Integrated Public Senior High Schools (SHS) which aims to provide comprehensive guidelines, standards and procedures on the organizational structures and staffing patterns of different types of public senior high schools, as well as the roles and functions of their teaching and non-teaching staff; there will be a training-workshop for Non-Teaching Personnel of Senior High School on Administrative Service and Procedures on October 19-21, 2016 at Schools Division Office – Conference Room.
2. The objectives of this training are:
a. Orient the participants on administrative services, budget preparations and finance procedures;
b. Train the participants on proper administrative procedures and provide quality services;
c. Equip the participants on the roles and functions of Senior High School Non-teaching personnel;
3. Participants to this training are Administrative Officer II, Registrar I and Administrative Assistant II of Senior High Schools.
4. The training-workshop is free registration.
5. Enclosed are the training matrix and working committee.
