1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2019 titled School Year 2018-2019 K to 12 Basic Education End of School Year Rites and DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2019 titled The Department of Education Service Marks and Visual Identity Manual, this Division reiterates the compliance of all schools with the specification of the templates for Certificates of Completion and Diploma.
2. As per DO 31 s. 2019, the schools shall be particular with the defined content, font styles, and font sizes of the certificates of completions and diploma.
3. As an additional feature to secure the veracity of the document, the school seal shall appear as a washout watermark balanced at the center of the document with the diameter of 4.5 inches.
4. Enclosed are the templates of certificates of completion and diplomas indicated with the specific font styles and font sizes to be used.
