On March 23, 2020, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas issued a memorandum extending the deadlines for submission of counter-affidavits/comments and other pleadings required to be submitted in the Division Office during the period of the community quarantine (March 17, 2020 to April 13, 2020) for a period of thirty (30) calendar days counted from April 13, 2020 or from the time the declaration of Enhanced Community Quarantine or Community Quarantine has been lifted as the case may be. The Division adopted the issuance of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Cancellation of Scheduled Hearings in the CSC and Extension of Deadlines for Filing of Pleadings and Other Case Requirements to CSC Offices.
On March 25, 2020, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas received a memorandum from Regional Director Wilfredo E. Cabral dated March 20, 2020 extending the submission of verified answer/comment on verified and sworn complaints, letter-complaints or reports for a period of ten (10) days from April 14, 2020.
Since the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas abides with the current guidelines issued by the Regional Office on administrative complaints and cases and considering that one has already been issued, it is clarified, pursuant to the Regional Memorandum, that the deadline set for filing of verified answer/comment on verified and sworn complaints, letter-complaints or reports is extended for a period of ten (10) days only from April 14, 2020 and not for thirty (30) days as provided in the initial memorandum issued by this Office.
