1. The Health and Nutrition Unit of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will conduct a Medical and Dental Health Inspection of Learners in the remaining schools not yet inspected for the school year 2018-2019, along with the second dose of deworming from January to February 2019. Enclosed herewith is the schedule.
2. Refer to DepEd Memorandum No. 80, s. 2015 for the Guidelines on the Implementation of Deworming. As stated in the guidelines, the school teachers and clinic teachers should administer the deworming drugs in the presence of a health personnel.
3. Please be reminded that the schedule of the medical and health inspection and deworming must be strictly followed. Should there be changes, early notice and proper coordination are requested to make the necessary adjustments.
