1. The City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through the Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct the Division-wide Roll-out Trainine of Early Language Literacy and Numeracy Focusing on the Science of Reading on the following schedule:
2. The activity aims to:
a. upskill school heads and reading coordinators’ capacity to use a knowledge based pedagogy to become effective reading planners;
b. enhance participants’ capacity to provide technical assistance to the K to 3 teachers; and
c. promote and sustain a culture of reading in schools, and even in the communities.
3. Participants in this activity are the elementary School Heads and select School
Reading Coordinators. They are expected to be at the venue daily before 8:00 AM.
4. Please see attached Enclosure 1 for the allocation of participants per school.
Meanwhile, the Indicative Program of Activities and Technical Working Group are
indicated in Enclosures 2 and 3.
