Attached herewith is a letter from Gertrudes R. Dadal, Council Executive re: a fund drive titled Miss Barangay Girl Scout-Cavite, for appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
Moreover, if schools decide to participate in the above-mentioned activity, this Division Office should be informed, in writing, of participation in the said activity. It is emphasized that participation is purely VOLUNTARY and NO FEE SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM THE PARTICIPATING PUPILS, TEACHERS, OR PARENTS.
