1. This Office hereby informs all Administrative Officer II’s/ Administrative Assistant’s/ Authorized School Liaison of Elementary, Non-Implementing Unit and Senior High School to pick up the Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form No. 2316) on March 8, 2024, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Accounting Unit.
2. Teaching and non-teaching personnel who are qualified for the substituted filing per Revenue Regulations No. 11-2013 shall sign items 52 and 54.
3. Furthermore, all signed BIR Forms No. 2316 shall be sent to accounting@depeddasma.edu.ph in portable document format (PDF) following the prescribed file name format, LASTNAME_TIN NUMBER_12312023 not later than March 15, 2024, while the released copy shall be retained for employee’s file.
4. A penalty of Php 1,000.00 per section 250 of the Tax Code is imposed for employees who fail to file the form.
