1. This is to inform the field on the modifications on the delivery of school-based feeding program commodities for the elementary feeding beneficiaries in the division.
2. Divisions and suppliers were given the option to strategize schemes in order to deliver the food/ milk packs to the beneficiaries despite cancellation of classes, hence, there shall be some modifications on the delivery such as:
a. change in the schedule of delivery;
b. quantity of milk per delivery;
c. mode of distribution or pick- up from schools wherein parents can pick-up the food/ milk packs at the designated time; and the
d. option to conduct double feeding and to include holidays and weekends in counting the feeding days.
3. Attached to this memorandum is the copy of the new schedule and quantity of milk per delivery.
4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
