1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2021 titled Multi Year Guidelines on the Grant of Performance-Based Bonus for the Department of Education Employees and officials and DepEd Order No. 5 s, 2022 titled Performance-Based Bonus Guidelines on Eligibility Requirements and Accountability Matrix, this Office through the Division Performance Management Team, will conduct a meeting on April 29, 2023 at 01:30 p.m. via Microsoft Teams prior the series of validation of required documents.
2. Participants to this meeting are the Division Performance Management Team (PMT) and two (2) school personnel in-charge of the preparation of PBB FY 2022. The link will be provided to all participants prior the schedule of the meeting.
3. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
a) Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year 2022 Guidelines;
b) Orientation and Validation Schedule; and
c) Other matters.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
