1. This Office, through the CID-Learning Resource Management and Development, directs the accomplishment of Division Learning Resource (LR) Monitoring Tool and Catch-Up Fridays LR Needs Assessment Form. This survey aims to gather and validate data on the development, quality assurance, availability and utilization of learning resources; identify the gaps, consolidate these data for appropriate interventions, and provide technical assistance in school learning resource management.
