1. Relevant to Regional Memorandum No. 266, s. 2024 dated April 15, 2024, in recognition of Office of the Undersecretary for Operations Memorandum No. OUOPS No. 2024-04-02477, the field is hereby reminded of the importance of mitigating the impact of extreme temperature as a hazard that is harmful to the normal day-to-day activities in schools, offices, and learning centers and the prioritization of health and wellness of learners and personnel.
2. Schools, learning centers, and offices shall adhere to the guidelines and mitigating measures from each key area in the enclosed memorandum.

b. Office of the Undersecretary for Operations Memorandum No. OUOPS No. 2024-04-02477
