1. In compliance with DepEd Order No. 44, S. 2004, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through Health and Nutrition Unit will be conducting the Annual Physical Examination of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel from July 2024 to August 2024.
2.All teaching and non-teaching personnel in the division must provide Chest Xray and Urinalysis result during their APE scheduled date. All are encouraged to present additional Laboratory Results such as Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, SGPP, Creatinine and Uric Acid results especially personnel with Pre-Existing Health Condition (ex. High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hyperuricemia, Cancer etc.) for better assessment and referral. The Health and Nutrition Unit will not provide/ endorse any laboratory clinic.
3.Personnel are requested to have their x-ray and laboratory tests done before the school year ends (April to May 2024) for pre-assessment. Personnel who have suspected medical findings on the x-ray, urinalysis and/or laboratory results must report immediately to their respective Cluster Nurse for proper coordination with APE Nurse Coordinators for referral and/or treatment.
4.For personnel with untoward x-ray findings from the previous year, a comparative study of x-ray for the present year is requested. For personnel consistently having concerns about their chest X-ray results showing an Apicolordotic view, it is recommended to opt for an Apicolordotic view directly instead of a regular chest X-ray. The Apicolordotic view offers a more detailed and focused image of the upper lung region, making it easier to detect any abnormalities or changes.
