1. In connection to the guidelines and provisions stipulated in DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010 (Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools), DepEd Order No. 41, s. 2022 (Amendment to DO 88, s. 2010), this Office hereby announces the schedule of Ocular Inspection of 4 private schools and 1 private school with Special Education (SPED) application on May 16-17, 2024.
2. In this regard, the schools are advised to prepare the original copy of the submitted documents and the facilities to be visited. Further presence of the school owner, administrator, or school head is expected during the evaluation, validation, and ocular inspection.
3. The Inspectorate Team is composed of Dr. Buenalyn M. Manuel, RO-QAD EPS, DR. Allain B. Alvarez, EPS-SGOD, assigned PSDS in the Cluster, Mr. Wilson G. Centeno, SEPS – SMME, Ms. Crizel Ann L. Villanueva, EPS II – SMME and Dr. Jessie A. Layugan, PSDS & SDO SPED Focal Person.
4. The Inspectorate Team together with the school-applicant officials and staff are directed to follow the required health and safety protocols.
5. Enclosed in this memorandum is the communication letter from the Regional Office as to schedule of inspection and List of Schools subject for the ocular inspection.
6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
