1. In consonance to DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2011 titled Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities of the Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government, and in partnership with the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Provincial Council for the Protection of Children, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division and in collaboration of the Learner and Youth Formation Programs of Cavite cluster Schools Division Offices (SDOs) will conduct the CAVITE CLUSTER YOUTH LEADERS’ CONVERGENCE 2024 with the theme, “Leadership in Motion: Overcoming Youth Leadership Hurdles” on May 21 and 22, 2024 at the Science Building, General Trias City Sports Park, Brgy. Santiago, General Trias City, Cavite.
2. This activity is geared towards the initiatives of the Department of Education to holistically develop lifelong learners with leadership potential that supports our learners 21st Century knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to address various issues and concerns of today’s youth and children and able to call for its prevention.
3. Participants to this activity are the newly-elected and selected outgoing Division-Federated Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government Officers as enumerated in Enclosure No. 1.
4. Food in the form of AM snacks, lunch and PM snacks will be provided to the participants. Transportation on the other hand will be arranged by the Division. Participants will be provided with the event shirt and training kits.
