1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 23, s. 2024 titled “Conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education Program End-of-School-Year Rites for the School Year 2023- 2024”, this Office announces that the conduct of EOSY rites shall be any of the dates from May 29 to 31, 2024.
2. The theme of the SY 2023-2024 EOSY rites shall be Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas.
3. The provisions stipulated in DO 009, S. 2023 (Implementing Guidelines on the Annual Conduct of K to 12 Basic Education Program End-of-School-Year Rites) are also reiterated.
4. To ensure safety and protection of learners, teachers, and attendees, schools are advised to hold their EOSY rites in indoor venues with proper ventilation. Subsequently, schools shall avoid scheduling during the time of the day when the temperatures are at their highest.
5. Enclosed with this Memorandum is the relative memorandum for your reference.
6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
