1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 27, s. 2019 titled Guidelines on the Yearly Collection of Data / Information Requirements and Validation Process and DepED Memorandum dated December 5, 2022 titled Basic Education Information System (BEIS) Data Collection for SY 2022-2023, all public and private elementary, junior and senior high schools, state universities and colleges (SUCs), local universities and colleges (LUCs), and higher education institutions (HEIs), offering Kindergarten to Grade 12 are directed to update the school’s profile and other data elements in BEIS through the accomplished school forms.
2. To familiarize with the new BEIS templates, all school heads together with the assigned focal persons involved in the accomplishment and updating of BEIS are advised to conduct a re-orientation of the data elements of the school forms at the school level. The powerpoint presentations, videos and other relevant materials may be accessed thru https://cutt.ly/BEIS22-23.
3. The school head shall download the School Profile template in the BEIS website using his / her account. Once accomplished, school profile forms in excel format shall be submitted thru email at villa@deped.gov.ph (public) and heicellemae.hernandez@deped.gov.ph (private) on or before February 13, 2023 for division validation purposes. Hence, our office will no longer accept submission of school profile form in hard copies. Validated school profile form and monitoring tool will be sent back to schools once the forms are completed for review by the division validation team.
4. The Division Validation Team who will conduct review of data elements in submitted BEIS forms and will be the signatories shall be composed of the following members:

5. To provide guidance and assistance to all concerned, a virtual meeting with public and private school’s EBEIS coordinators shall be conducted on January 23, 2023 at 11:00A.M. The link to access the Zoom Meeting Room will be provided to all participants prior to the meeting.
6. Moreover, the following timeline shall also be observed:
