1. Relative to DM No. 10, s. 2023 titled Administration of the Qualifying Examination in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, the Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), will administer the said examination in the first semester of this year. The Testing Center assigned for Region IV-A and National Capital Region will be the SDO Makati City. The date of test administration will be announced in a separate Memorandum.
2. The registrants from the region assigned to the testing center must be prioritized. The number of registrants per testing center shall be limited to the number of allocations of test materials. Hence, registrants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The registrants must possess the following qualifications: a. Filipino citizen aged 20 to 45 on the examination day, and b. At least a high school graduate in both secular (English) and Islamic (Arabic) Education.
4. The registrants must submit to Curriculum Implementation Division (CID)-SDO Dasmarinas the following requirements on or before February 20, 2023:
