In line with the recently released Memorandum from the Office of the Undersecretary – Human Resource and Organizational Development, National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) and Teachers Education Council Secretariat which pertains to the above-mentioned subject, the field is hereby informed to participate in the said survey.
