In order to ensure that meals for technical committees at different playing venues are delivered on time, this Division Office shall create a committee who shall be in charge of food deliveries and other tasks for logistics and mobility for the general welfare of those involved in the conduct of the 2023 Regional Athletic Association Meet (RAAM).
In order to ensure the active participation of all public schools in the city’s collective efforts to host the 2023 RAAM, the non-billeting schools shall:
-Send a pair of volunteer teachers (2)
-One member from each pair to be sent by the school must have at least a 7-seater vehicle.
-Each pair shall be designated with schedules and shall be assigned with clustered venues to cater to during the conduct of 2023 RAAM.
Further, the volunteers are enjoined to attend an onsite meeting on March 28, 2022, 2PM, at Dasmariñas II Central School and they shall be given compensatory leave credits pursuant to the Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2, s. 20004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered.
In addition, gasoline expenses may be charged against school canteen fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
