1. Attached herewith is the DepEd Memorandum No. 013, s. 2023 and Regional Memorandum No. 139s. 2023, relative to the forthcoming observance of Ramadan from March 23, 2023, to April 21, 2023, emphasizing paragraph 2 to 4 of the said DepEd Memorandum.
