1. In response to the indorsement coursed through the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas dated March 3, 2023, by Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program invites all public schools to join the caravan of the Barkada Kontra Droga of Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School titled “ELITES 2023, The Change Makers”, Volunteerism for a Better World: Inspiring Stories and Strategies for Positive Impact with ASEAN Youth Advocate Network on March 21, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the FEBIHS Covered Court and Banyuhay ng Kakayahan, Lagmay Compound, Brgy. San Jose, City of Dasmariñas.
2. The objectives of this activity are to:
a) harness volunteerism among student-leaders to foster effective partnerships in their school community;
b) benchmark the implemented PPAs of FEBIHS’ BKD Elite showcasing their humble beginnings through a caravan and exhibit; and
c) empower student leaders in becoming effective agents of change in preparation for their role in nation building.
3. The participants to this activity are the Barkada Kontra Droga Teacher-Advisers and Officers of all public schools.
4. This is with utmost consideration to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith making sure that necessary arrangements are made to ensure that class schedules and contact time will not be affected.
