1, In reference to the communication from the Philippine Red Cross-Cavite Chapter Dasmariñas City Branch dated March 1, 2023, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program would like to inform of the participation of selected Red Cross Youth members to the Chapter’s Instructors Training on Youth Volunteer Formation Course on March 18 and 19, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter Multipurpose Hall, PRC Cavite Chapter Headquarters, Samonte Park, Cavite City.
2. Anent this, Mr. Jhomar Oñas, Red Cross Youth Council Adviser of Paliparan III Senior High School, is hereby tasked to act as chaperone and guardian of the student leaders who will be joining the activity.
3. Further, school personnel who shall perform weekend activities related to this shall be given compensatory leave credits pursuant to the Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non – Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered.
4. Travelling expenses shall be charged to their school’s local fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
