With to reference to DepEd QUA Memo 00-0322-0020 titled Resumption of the Delivery of School- Based Health Services in Schools Participating in the Pilot Implementation of Limited Face-to-Face Classes, the field is hereby informed on the taking of endline nutritional assessment, specifically the height and weight of learners.
In this regard, all learners shall undergo a Body Mass Index (BMI) and Height For Age (HFA) Assessment. Hence, all reports must be 100% completed.
Kindly utilize the Body Mass Index (BMI) Software provided by the Central Office.
All reports must be submitted at hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before April 3, 2023 (Monday).
