This Office announces the WinS Monitoring Program for SY 2022-2023. This program aims to ensure that all schools report and update their WinS status yearly with the use of the Three Star Approach (TSA).

In this regard, all schools are directed to submit their WinS status report for SY 2022-2023. The WinS Reporting and Monitoring forms can be accessed through:

Once the link is accessed, the WinS Monitoring Tool shall be downloaded and accomplished respectively.

It is also reiterated that schools shall focus on the five crucial points of the WaSH in Schools Program which are the following: PROVISION OF SAFE DRINKING WATER, DAILY GROUP HANDWASHING ACTIVITIES, AVAILABILITY OF GROUP HANDWASHING FACILITIES WITH SOAP, ACCESS TO SANITARY PADS, AND GENDER-SEGREGATED TOILETS in order to meet the standards of the Three Star Approach (TSA).

In compliance to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2016, water analysis must be done semiannually, while the Sanitary Permits shall be updated annually. Food handlers shall also acquire their health certificates since the school canteen operations have already reopened.

All accomplished tools must be submitted in SOFT COPIES to the Health and Nutrition Unit’s e-mail address at hnu(clepeddasma.edu.ph on or before MARCH 30, 2023.

The following format shall be used when saving and submitting the accomplished tool: SCHOOL NAME_CLUSTER_WINS REPORT SY 2022-2023.
