1. Pursuant to the Division Memorandum No. 068, s. 2023 or the Reiteration of the Highlights and Other Agreements from the Division Orientation on the RPMSPPST Guidelines for SY 2022-2023, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, would like to reiterate the communication of presence of exceptional cases for possible recalibration re: RPMS-PPST for SY 2022-2023.
2. As stated in DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015, a recalibration process may be done for exceptional cases, and only if the situation warrants that a one-time recalibration of office and individual objectives shall be allowed during the mid-year review. In addition, as indicated in Enclosure 3 of the above-mentioned Division Memorandum, School Heads were advised to communicate through a letter addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent the presence of exceptional cases, if there are any, that are encountered by the school so that recommendations regarding recalibration will be presented for consideration. Possible exceptional cases include, but not limited to the following: (a) teachers hired late in the School Year; (b) teachers currently on maternity leave or other leaves; (c) non-achievement of objectives/ MOVs per quarter due to delayed release of guidelines; and (d) Proficient teachers promoted to the Highly Proficient Career Stage.
3. Based on the record of this Division, only Congressional Integrated High School has submitted their letter indicating the presence of exceptional cases before the scheduled deadline of March 3, 2023. In view of this, and to complete the feedback from all schools, School Heads are instructed to accomplish the online form on or before March 17, 2023 instead of writing a letter to this Division.
