1. Relative to the attached Regional Office communication which pertains to the above-mentioned subject, this Office hereby announces the scheduled ocular inspection of the following schools applying for New Government Permit on April 26, 2023:
a. Saint Joseph Ridgeview Integrated Academy – Blk. 20 Lot 22 Ridgeview, Brgy. Paliparan II, Dasmarinas City – New: Kindergarten and Elementary (Grades 1-3)
b. Faith Family Christian School Inc. – Blk. 1 Lot 2 City View, Sampaloc 3, Dasmarinas City – New: Kindergarten and Elementary (Grades 1-3)
2. In this regard, the schools are advised to prepare the original copy of the submitted documents and the facilities to be visited. Also, the school owner, administrator, or school head is expected to be in the school site during the evaluation, validation, and ocular inspection.
3. The Inspectorate Team shall be composed of Ms. Elena L. Lopez, QAD Education Program Supervisor, Dr. Allain B. Alvarez, EPS-SGOD, Mr. Wilson G. Centeno, SEPS – M & E and Ms. Crizel Ann L. Villanueva, EPS II – M & E.
4. The Inspectorate Team together with the school-applicant officials and staff are directed to follow the required IATF health and safety protocols.
