1. In the year 2000, the NHA donated parcels of land in Dasmarinas to the Department of Education, through a Deed of Donation and Acceptance, to be used exclusively as school sites.
2. As a support to the efforts of the Department of Education in securing absolute ownership over untitled school sites, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas aims to secure these donated parcels of land be titled under the name of the Department. Hence, a meeting shall be held to this effect on May 31, 2023, 10:00am, at the CSDO – Conference Room to discuss the steps and other important matters.
3. The participants to the meeting are the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Legal and Education Facilities units and the school heads of the following:
a. Bautista Elementary School
b. San Nicolas Elementary School
c. Dasmarinas Integrated High School
d. Dasmarinas North National High School
e. Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School
f. Dr. Jose P. Rizal Senior High School
g. San Miguel Elementary School
h. Sta Cruz Elementary School
i. Dasmarinas West National High School
j. Sta. Cristina Elementary School
k. Pagasa National High School
1. Dasmarinas East Integrated High School
m. Dasmarinas II Central School
n. Paliparan III Elementary School
o. Paliparan. National High School
4. All school heads are required to bring the original title of the land, deed of donation, and other pertinent documents in their possession.
5. Transportation cost of the participants may be charged against school local fund subject to availability and to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
6. All school heads are further instructed to implement necessary arrangement to ensure that no school operations shall be hampered by their participation in the said meeting.
