1. In reference with Civil Service Commission Resolution 89-463 dated July 07, 1989, adopted policy directions on Equality of Employment Opportunity in the government service, including an undertaking to take all appropriate measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination based on gender, political/religious affiliation, ethnic/cultural extraction and social origin, by any person, organization or enterprise and in relation with Division Memorandum No. 80, s. 2020 titled Equal Opportunity Policy in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas dated May 5, 2020, this Division, through the Personnel Unit, committed to strengthen the Equal Employment Opportunity Principle in the Recruitment, Selection and Placement Process through the attached EEO Guidelines.
2. This guideline aims to attract diverse applicants regardless of age, career status, family responsibilities, potential status, disability! impairment, employment activity, gender identity, lawful sexual activity, sexual orientation, industrial activity; marital status, physical features, political belief or activity, pregnancy, breastfeeding, race (including color, ethnicity or ethnic origin), religious belief or activity; sex, and others that may be identified by the SDO Dasmarinas.
3. Also, this memorandum gives operational definition of the said guidelines for the full implementation of such.
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is directed.
