1. In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No. DM-ouhrod-2023-0526 titled Submission of Reports and Other Activities Related to the Pilot Implementation of Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT), all public schools in the division are directed to submit reports related to the pilot implementation of Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT) in soft copies on or before May 16, 2023, via cutt.ly/IPBTDasmaSubm2023.
2. Schools shall use the Year 1 IPBT report templates included in the resource package of IPBT. These can also be downloaded from bit.ly/IPBTPilotTemplates.
3. As part of the pilot implementation data gathering process, selected teachers are required to answer the survey form indicated in Enclosure 1 of the attached memorandum. Survey responses will be accepted until May 9, 2023.
4. Relative to this, all L&D coordinators are requested to attend the meeting via MS Teams on May 9, 2023, at 4:00PM onwards. Recorded video can be accessed in the Teams for coordinators who are not able to attend the live meeting.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
