1. Authority is hereby granted to Dr. Jessie A. Layugan, Public Schools District
Supervisor/Division SPED Coordinator, and Mrs. Thelma B. Bueno, Public
Schools District Supervisor/ SPED Advocate to conduct a face to- face coordination meeting with School SPED Coordinators on June 20, 2023, Tuesday, 2:00 PM, at Dasmariñas II Central School Library.
2. The agenda of the meeting are the following:
a. SPED Learning Expo for the 2023 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) with
reference to Regional Memorandum No. 320, s. 2023;
b. Special Needs Education best practices in teaching used in S.Y. 2022-2023
such as innovations in teaching but not limited to activity sheets,
worksheets, modules, and the like, and Placement Process Flowchart;
c. Other relevant matters.
3. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring
Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules
and guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meetings
shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and
auditing guidelines.
