1. Pursuant to Office Memorandum Order No. 690-S-2023 of the City Government of Dasmariñas regarding the Measles-Rubella Supplemental
Immunization Activity, all dependents and relatives of DepEd Dasmariñas
teaching and non-teaching personnel aged 9-59 months are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated.
2. Interested parties may proceed at City Health Office I available 24/7 or at any
City Health Office of choice every Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM until
June 15, 2023.
3. Enclosed is the Office Memorandum Order No. 690-S-2023 for reference.
4. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
