1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 30, s. 2023 and Regional Memorandum No. 290, s. 2023 which pertains to the above-mentioned subject, this Office hereby reiterates the provisions of the said issuances.
2. The activity aims to commemorate the heroism, patriotism, nationalism and self-sacrifice of our Filipino forefathers in the struggle for independence; instill in the hearts and minds of the youth the greatness of the Filipino race, the legacy of their national heroes and the ideals of their nationhood; and show unity and strength during challenging times.
