1. Pursuant to the Regional Memorandum No. 372 s. 2023 titled Submission of the Request for the Information of Members of the Child Protection Committees in Schools, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations, reiterates to all private elementary and secondary schools to submit their duly signed Child Protection Committees in schools via email at yfp@depeddasma.edu.ph using the attached Enclosure.
2. Moreover, all private elementary and secondary schools, through the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson of CPC, shall accomplish the given link below on or before July 12, 2023:
3. The requested information will be utilized by the LRPO for the reinforcement of DO 40, s. 2012 in relation to the mandatory establishment of functional CPCs in schools, as well as for the development of a monitoring tool to determine the functionality of the said CPCs.
