1. Relative to the conduct of the Regional Seminar-Workshop on the Preparation and Consolidation of CY 2023 Mid-Year Financial Reports, the Dasmarinas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) shall perform during the opening ceremony at Hortz Hotel, Tagaytay City on July 12, 2023, 8:00-10:00 am. Hence, DCTC shall hold a rehearsal on July 10, 2023, 2:00-5:00 pm at the Division Office.
2. Further, this Division grants the participating DCTC members corresponding service credits pursuant to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2005 entitled Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the list of participating members.
3. The teacher-members shall submit to the SDS the request for grant of service credits with the necessary attachments. The approval of the number of allowable service credits remains in the discretion of the SDS as approving authority.
4. In addition, expenses incurred relative to participation including traveling to the venues may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
