1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 293, S. 2023 dated June 26, 2023,
titled “Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 277 Titled Seminar-Workshop
on Fact-Finding Investigation and Formal Hearing Cum Orientation on the
Procedure on Grievance and Child Protection Policy of the Department of Education”, please be informed that due to the unavailability of the National
College of Science and Technology Multi-Purpose Hall, the field is hereby informed of the new venue of the aforementioned Seminar-Workshop at
Congressional Integrated High School – City of Dasmarinas, Cavite.
2. To reiterate, the participants of the Seminar-Workshop to be held on July 11,
2023 shall be the School Heads, Guidance Counselors/Designates and Faculty Club President. While on July 12, 2023, the participants for the online Seminar-Workshop shall be the Assistant School Division Superintendent, Chief Education Supervisors of the CID and SGOD, Education Program Supervisors, Public School District Supervisors, and Division Unit Heads.
3. In view of the said seminar-workshop on July 11 – 12, 2023, the Legal Unit
will not be able to accommodate any face-to-face transaction. However, for any
