Attached herewith is a communication from the City Government of Dasmariñas relative to the commemoration of the 8th Anniversary of Pagamutan ng Dasmariñas. As part of the anniversary celebrations, public elementary and secondary schools are invited to partner with the City Government by supporting the community-driven initiative to ensure that medical attention for the Dasmarineños shall be upheld at all times, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
Moreover, partnership with this initiative is purely VOLUNTARY and NO FEE SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM THE PUPILS, TEACHERS, OR PARENTS.
