1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Management
Committee (ManCom) Conference on August 10, 2023, from 8:30 AM onwards
at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
2. The participants in the aforementioned activity are the Schools Division
Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Division Chiefs,
Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Division Unit Heads, School Heads, and selected stakeholders.
3. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the
abovementioned participants.
4. Presenters are advised to follow the agenda and observe the time strictly.
Further, smart casual attire is preferred.
5. Certificates of Appearance for this activity will be issued by the Administrative
Office of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.
6. Strict adherence to the IATF Health Protocols and Office Health Standards
must be observed in the conduct of this activity.
7. Travel and incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged to local
funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses shall be subject to usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
