1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas recognizes the efforts and contributions of our teachers in the accomplishment of LR Situation Report and LR Inventory. This informs the field that the select school LR coordinators and property custodians (teaching personnel only) shall be granted 2-day service credits which covers the services the teachers have rendered in encoding and finalizing their reports. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the list of teachers to be granted service credits.
2. Grantees are advised to submit necessary documents such as duly signed daily
time records (DTR) and other requirements in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 titled “Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.”
3. Please be guided accordingly. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is
directed.
