Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines. Interested schools, teachers, students are encouraged to refer to the

Moreover, participation is purely VOLUNTARY and NO FEE SHALL BE
COLLECTED FROM THE PARTICIPATING STUDENTS, TEACHERS, OR
