It is provided under DepEd Order 12, s.2020 or the Adoption of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-2021 in Light of the Covid-19 Public Health Emergency, shall make sure appropriate response of different governance levels in the department. Hence, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas issues this policy, Contextualized Policy Guidelines for the Reporting of Learners No Longer Participating in Learning Activities (NLPA) in Distance Learning (MDL) Modality consistent with DepEd Memorandum 14, s 2021 otherwise known as Interim Guidelines on the Preparation, Submission, and Checking of School Forms for the School Year 2020-2021.
