Pursuant to Memorandum Order OUF-2002-0088 or the Observance of the 2022 National Arts Month (NAM), this Office announces the conduct of the Observance of the 2022 National Arts Month (NAM).
This year’s theme, SINING NG PAG-ASA, highlights the role of arts in improving our community life as Filipinos and as a source and expression of hope as manifested in various creative ways as the country is facing pandemics, natural calamities, and social concerns.
In this regard, this Office enjoined all schools and learning centers to organize creative curriculum enrichment activities for learners and advocacy activities for other stakeholders such as parents, teachers, and non-teaching personnel.
However, to ensure the protection of the health, safety, and well-being of learners, teachers, and personnel, as well as parents and other stakeholders, any face-to-face celebration is highly discouraged.
