In reference to Memorandum OUF-2022-0175 dated March 14, 2022, this office shall download an additional funds to Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools (JHS) and Senior High Schools (SHS). The additional allotment is supplemental to adjust and correct the MOOE allocation of schools as mentioned in GAA FY 2022. The said adjustments and corrections were the results generated from updating the actual numbers of enrolment for SY 2021- 2022 as of January 2022 through the Learners Information System (LIS) provided by the Education Management Information System Division (EMISD), Planning Service, DepEd Central Office.
Additionally, these amount are chargeable against the buffer funds of the FY 2022 school MOOE lodge under the Operations of Schools in the Central Office.
Moreover, the use of the said funds shall be consistent with the guidelines and provisions stated under DepEd Order No. 015, s.2020, DepEd Order No. 008, s.2019 and DepEd Memorandum No. 039, s.2020.
