In reference to the duties and responsibilities attached to the position of Administrative Officer IIs which include assisting the Agency Authorized Officers on verification of loans, this office shall conduct a meeting to reorient and update the newly designated and existing Verifiers on the guidelines and procedures of loan verification on April 29, 2022, 9:00 am – 11:30 am at Bulwagang SiGaSig.
The participants to this meeting are the designated verifiers in the Schools Division Office, Administrative Officer IIs in elementary schools and the designated Verifiers in secondary schools.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance to this Memorandum is directed.
